High Voltage GraphX & Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed.

End User Product Ordering
End users have access to HighVoltageGraphX.com to browse and search for products on the web site. To complete the transaction, end users must contact an authorized High Voltage GraphX & Apparel dealer to place the order or place an order using the shopping cart.

End User Product Returns
End users looking to return High Voltage GraphX & Apparel stock and custom printed products must return the product to High Voltage GraphX & Apparel. Custom printed products can only be returned if there is a defect. All returns must be approved by submitting a Product Return Form (PRF). Once the PRF is approved, the end user can return the merchandise for store credit or a refund, if approved.

Colors
High Voltage GraphX & Apparel has done its best to display as accurately as possible uniform colors and color swatch representations of those colors on HighVoltageGraphX.com. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors you are seeing displayed on your monitor will be an exact match to the uniforms you receive.

Dye Lot Colors
High Voltage GraphX & Apparel does its best to match dye lot colors on all stock and printed uniforms. However, slight shading differences might occur when similar garments are ordered at different times. These differences are the result of ink and fabric variations from our suppliers, and are beyond the control of High Voltage GraphX & Apparel. We cannot make any color match guarantees.

Uploaded Artwork Colors
High Voltage GraphX & Apparel does its best to ensure final colors match the uploaded artwork provided. However, some slight shading variations can occur when these colors differ from the master colors used for our jersey design. If you have concerns about uploaded artwork color, please contact a High Voltage GraphX & Apparel representative to discuss your color concerns.

Custom Color Requests
High Voltage GraphX & Apparel will make every effort possible to exactly match custom colors to the color sample provided. However, some slight shading variations can occur due to ink and fabric variations from our suppliers, and beyond the control of High Voltage GraphX & Apparel. We cannot make any color match guarantees on sublimated uniforms.
